It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve lost 6 pounds.
Weight watchers has helped me become more accountable for the things I’m eating while the Fitbit encourages more movement throughout the day.
Weekends are the toughest.
Especially since I have a teenager who loves to stop at fast food places while out running errands.
At first, I would pull over and spend too much time going through the Weight Watchers app. looking for something that would fit into my points for the day.
A few times, I got frustrated and just went home. Easier to just make something at home but no fun for a teen who wants to spend some much needed time out of the house.
I had to find something that would work. Here’s a few options working for me so far:
- Starbucks Nitro Grande with Sweet Cream
- Starbucks Egg White and Red Pepper Sous Vide Bites
- Taco Bell Fresco Soft Taco with Steak
- Buffalo Wild Wings plain traditional wings (10) with lemon pepper seasoning
