Lene’s Pasta Salad
Timeless side dish to compliment any cookout
Prep Time: 20 mins
- 2 white onions diced
- 2 green peppers diced
- 2 cucumbers diced
- 6 tomatoes diced
- 72 ounces garden rotini pasta/ 3 boxes
- 2 blocks of sharp cheddar cheese diced
- 2 bottles of Italian dressing
- 1 pound of fully cooked shrimp
- Boil pasta per instructions and set aside
- Place fully cooked shrimp and cheese in bowl
- Add pasta to bowl and stir
- Add onions, green peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes
- Pour Italian dressing
- Add pepper to taste
