Salmon Patties
- 15 ounce can pink salmon drained
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 of medium onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Cooking oil for frying
- Combine all ingredients except oil into a large bowl and mix with a fork. Make sure to break apart the salmon
- In a medium skillet, heat up a few tablespoons of cooking oil
- Form salmon mixture into 1/4th inch thick patty and set aside
- Place patties in hot skillet, brown over medium heat for a couple minutes each side
- Once finished place on rack or plate with paper towel to catch excess oil
- Serve on a potato bun with a side of fries
