History helps us learn from mistakes to avoid starting things that have never worked for anyone.
Here’s a few I’ve learned :
- Thinking you know everything – when you stop seeking to learn new things; your personal value deteriorates. Society values people who are constantly evolving and being a student.
- Comparing yourself to others – stay in your own movie; no one ever knows what another person is going through to be able to make a fair comparison between themselves and another person’s life.
- Skipping sleep – sleep helps you make better decisions and improves your overall mental health.
- People pleasing – everyone will not be happy with all the decisions you make; make decisions that are best for you. Other people are asking you to do things with themselves in mind – if it’s not going to work for you….no is a complete sentence.
- Taking things for granted – gratitude promotes more positive energy in your life. The more you’re thankful for what you have – the more things will come your way to be grateful for.
